Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
